My Story

Performing Life with Precision and Passion

Passion never disappears; it travels through time—the belief I have always held close to my heart. For me, it found its rhythm in performance. Be it under bright lights, in front of a camera, or in the quiet observation of human emotions, acting has been the purest expression of who I am.

I grew up in Mymensingh, and while most kids were busy playing outside, I was busy creating imaginary worlds. I’d stand before a mirror, calling out “Action!” and “Cut!”—living stories only I could see. From school plays to college productions, acting was never just a pastime; it was a pulse that gave me energy and identity.

My journey in reel life began in 2010 with a music video where I worked in concept development and scripting. But life soon demanded focus on graduation and later the corporate grind in Dhaka. In early 2015, I joined a multinational company—a blessing that taught me discipline, accountability, and structure. Today, working in a reputable fintech, I’ve realized that both acting and marketing are performances: one delivers a story, the other delivers value—but both aim to connect hearts and minds.

In late 2015, I participated in the ATN Bangla reality show “Talent Hunt” and reached the Top 15. That same year, I made my television debut in a Grameenphone commercial produced by Film Logic. Soon after, I appeared in the YouTube web series Team Possible.

My first TV drama, Sei Somoye Tumi Ami, aired in 2016 on Channel i, directed by Mahbubur Rashid Bannah. Since then, I’ve acted in several of his notable productions like Reverse, Mad Boy, Gali, Hijacker, Shooting Unit, and more. In 2021, my character “Nasim” in Eagle Music’s Village Project became widely loved, continuing through multiple seasons until episode 225.

My journey has since included lead roles in dramas like Ragi Bou, Vanity Bag, Chorer Kache Murgi Borga, Bekar Theke Kotipoti, as well as supporting roles in productions such as Khomotar Jor, Pape Chhare Na Bapre, Imamer Bou. I also worked in serials like Namaj, Bhodro Obhodro Shaheb Name Golam, Goberer Podmoful, mini-series such as Kosti Pathor, Baccha, Sajano Songsar (all on Eagle Music’s YouTube), appeared in Hoichoi’s Adrisyo (2023), and in 2025 joined Bachelor Point (Season 5, Episode 18) as “Mamun,” alongside Mon Kharap’er Din.

Balancing reel life and real life hasn’t always been easy. There were mornings in boardrooms and evenings on set. But success isn’t about choosing one path, it’s about embracing both. Passion never fades; it transforms and evolves, growing stronger with each challenge.

“Dreams don’t die—they just find new stages to shine.”

From the quiet streets of Mymensingh to corporate life to film sets, my journey has been about harmony, between heart and hustle. Every challenge a rehearsal, every opportunity a scene. Whether in a boardroom, classroom, or stage, every task is a performance. Give it heart. Give it your best. And never stop dreaming.
